• You have the receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice).

• The item has no visible signs of wear, tear, or external damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care items, cosmetics, or innerwear.

• Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or special discount offers.

• Customized or personalized products made specifically for you.

4. Return Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Card).

• Timeline: Depending on your card issuer or mobile wallet's policies, you will receive the credit within 10 working days. 

6. Shipping Costs

• Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged product), elabira.com will cover the return shipping costs.

• Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
